Welcoming a new baby into the world is an incredible joy, and capturing those early days is one of my favorite aspects of being a newborn photographer. I recently had the pleasure of photographing baby Caleb in my warm studio here in Naperville, IL, and he was an absolute delight throughout his session!

Caleb came in sleepy, snug, and perfectly content — just how we adore our newborn sessions. The experience was filled with soft textures, timeless neutrals, and classic pops of color that highlighted his tiny features beautifully. For Caleb's session, we embraced a palette of natural tones — warm wood, cozy knits, and hints of greenery — to evoke a tranquil and organic feel. I love incorporating soft blankets, baskets, and natural props that ensure the baby's comfort while adding beauty and depth to the portraits.
